Adrienne Day

Adrienne Day joined the Board in July 2016 and was appointed Chair in May 2021. She is co-founder and director of Day & Hodge Associates Pty Ltd, a Canberra-based public relations and corporate affairs consultancy established in 1998.

Adrienne has worked in public relations for more than 25 years at both national and international levels, including in Australia (Sydney, Canberra) and Switzerland (Geneva). She specialises in strategic counsel, governance, issues management, government relations, project management and media relations.

Adrienne has a BA Communication (With Distinction) from Charles Sturt University. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a member of the Public Relations Institute of Australia. She is also a non-executive director of ChairConnect and provides pro bono services to HOME in Queanbeyan.

Affiliation with 魅影直播: Adrienne was part of the first cohort of girls to attend 魅影直播 College (1977-78) and both her daughters are graduates.


Rachel Davies

Rachel is the Principal of 魅影直播 College. She held the position of Deputy Principal from 2019 to 2020 before being appointed as Principal in 2021. She began her teaching career with the ACT Department of Education in 1997 before being appointed as a teacher of Economics and Business Studies at St Clare鈥檚 College, ACT. During her tenure at St Clare鈥檚 College, Rachel held various positions including SOSE Coordinator, Assistant Principal Curriculum and Assessment, and Assistant Principal Staffing and Administration. In 2010, Rachel held the position Director of Curriculum and Assessment (Years 7-10) at 魅影直播, beginning her association with the College. At the end of that year, however, Rachel joined her family on a posting to London for three years. Upon her return to Canberra, Rachel returned to Catholic Education with positions at St Clare鈥檚 College and as Assistant Principal at St John Paul II College. Rachel is currently the ACT Association of Independent Schools representative on the ACT Board of Senior Secondary Studies, and the Congregational Catholic Schools representative on the Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Catholic Education Commission.

Letitia Kennedy

Letitia Kennedy was appointed to the Board in September 2017, and currently chairs the Community Engagement Committee.

Letitia is a management consultant specialising in change management, communications, stakeholder engagement and programme management for a diverse range of private and government clients. Letitia spent the first 12 years of her career in marketing and communications roles in the financial services sector.

Letitia has a Bachelor of Commerce (Banking and Finance) from University of Canberra.

Affiliation with 魅影直播: Letitia attended 魅影直播 in 1987-88, with her four siblings attending from 1977 鈥 1992. Letitia has one child currently at 魅影直播, while the other graduated from 魅影直播 in 2021.


Michael Munro-Mobbs

Michael was appointed to the Board in April 2020. He serves on the Finance, Audit and Risk Management Committee and and currently is Deputy Chair of the Board, appointed May 2021.

He is a commercial technology attorney with a focus on digital transformation, managed technology services, telecommunications, cybersecurity and corporate ethics and compliance. He has a Bachelor of Commerce and Laws from the ANU.

Affiliation with 魅影直播: His daughter graduated from 魅影直播 in 2021.


Nathan Spillane

Nathan was appointed to the Board in March 2020. He serves on the Buildings, Facilities, Resources and IT Committee and has done so since 2019.

Nathan is an IT professional currently with Delivery Quality Assurance (DQA), a mid tier consulting firm here in Canberra. He specialises in cloud-based technology programs. Nathan also has a Bachelor of Education through the Australian Catholic University and has taught in Catholic primary schools for six years.

Affiliation with 魅影直播: Nathan has two daughters who attended 魅影直播 College from 2011 to 2019.


Mark McGinnity

In 2020, Mark commenced in the role of Director, MSC Education, and as such he is the delegate of the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart Provincial on the 魅影直播 Board.

Mark is a former Principal of Monivae College, Hamilton, Victoria and has extensive senior leadership experience in a number of NSW Independent Catholic schools.

Mark is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Australian Council for Educational Leaders (Victoria).

Affiliation to 魅影直播 鈥 as the Delegate of the Provincial of the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart.


Shaun Wilson

Shaun Wilson was appointed to the Board in April 2021 and is a member of the Building, Facilities, Resources and IT Committee

Shaun is a professional engineer and the founder of complex systems design house, Shoal Group. He has held a range of board roles during his career covering technology start-ups, investment, construction and professional societies.

Shaun holds a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Aerospace Engineering from RMIT and a Master鈥檚 degree in Systems Engineering from Loughborough University at the Royal Air Force College in the UK. He also holds a Diploma in Information Systems Design from the University of Canberra and is a graduate of the Australian Defence Force Academy and of the National Graduate School of Management (NGSM) at the ANU. He is a Certified Practising Systems Engineer (CSEP) and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Affiliation with 魅影直播: Shaun attended 魅影直播 from 1980 to 1985.


Andrew Webber

Andrew was appointed to the Board in April 2021 and is the Chair of the Finance Audit and Risk Management Committee.

Andrew brings extensive corporate accounting, audit and risk management skills from his over 15 years鈥 experience as an auditor and trusted financial accounting advisor working across the public and private sectors and a diverse range of industries.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Canberra, is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand and a Certified Information Systems Auditor.

Affiliation with 魅影直播: Andrew attended the College from 1996 to 2001.


Deb Hicks

Deb Hicks was appointed to the Board in March 2022 and serves on the Policy Review Committee.

Deb works with all levels of鈥疍efence, Government and private organisations on their complex commercial鈥痑nd performance challenges as well as providing extensive financial, commercial, internal audit and assurance experience and advice. 

Deb has led a number of projects in the private and public sectors including business cases for significant capital expenditure, procurement support and risk management and program management support. She has provided advice to CFO, COO and CEO of agencies in the Commonwealth and ACT Governments.

Deb holds a Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Accounting and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) practitioner.

Kai Ryan

Kai Ryan joined the Board in February 2023. He works as a strategy consultant and is co-founder and director of Live Better Nutrition Pty Ltd, a Canberra-based company Allied Health firm with dietitians that work across the Canberra region.

Kai鈥檚 career has spanned strategy consulting and technology, including roles with the Boston Consulting Group, Partners in Performance, the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) and CSC (now DXC). He has worked as a strategy consultant since 2015 and specialises in technology enabled transformations and strategy development, and he has worked with many ASX listed companies and most of the Federal Government departments.

Kai has a MBA (with Distinction) from the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW) along with a Bachelors of Laws and a Bachelor of Information Technology (ANU). He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). Kai has training in project management, enterprise architecture and Not-For-Profit directorship.

Affiliation with 魅影直播: Kai鈥檚 father attended 魅影直播 and two of his daughters are current students.


Kamal Jogia

Kamal Jogia joined the Board in February 2023 and serves on the Community Engagement Committee. He works as a senior science and technology adviser for an Australian Commonwealth Government agency.

Kamal has over 30 years鈥 experience leading business transformation programmes in the public and private sectors, at national and international levels including many Australian Federal Government Departments, the UK Government, and in Tanzania. He specializes in using systems and design thinking to help organisations adapt to rapid changes in social, economic, technological, and behavioural landscapes.

Kamal holds a Master of National Security Policy degree from the Australian National University, and a BA in Economics and Business Administration from the American International University in Richmond, London. He has Practitioner certifications in project management, business, data, and enterprise architecture and recently completed a Not-for-Profit director training at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
